Series Limited Liability Company
A Series Limited Liability Company is an LLC that makes it possible to form additional LLCs through a single LLC registered with the Nevada Secretary of State. By simply selecting the option to have an LLC be classified as Series LLC upon formation, owners can then form additional LLCs without having to register them with the Nevada Secretary of State. Series LLCs can be powerful instruments for protecting business and investment assets by segregating assets like rental properties and investment accounts into their own LLCs and thereby insulating them from the potential liability exposure they may face.
