Regular Administration
Estates with a net value of $200,000.00 and above are subject to a Regular Administration. This is a full probate proceeding which means it is the most lengthy and time-coonsuming version of the three basic versions of probate. For example, a Regular Administration requires that the initial notice of hearing to be published. Furthermore, the creditor period is 90 days. These administrations typically take between 6-8 months.
