Domestic Relations Mediation / Uncontested Divorce Mediation Agreements
Any and all issues between a couple permanently separating, whether by divorce or separation because they are not married, may be mediated, inclusive of division of assets/debts, payment of alimony, child support and child custody agreements. The Mediator, although an attorney, remains neutral in her/his approach in assisting the couple to reach agreements in their best interests and the best interests of their children, if minor children are involved. Paperwork to effectuate these agreements are then prepared by attorney-mediator and filed with the Court without the need for either the couple or the attorney to attend Court.
